Lucy Lyddall, trading as Thirty Three Interiors, is responsible for your personal information. Contact hello@thirtythreeinteriors.co.uk or write to 33 St Peters Park, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 3AY.

When you order or contact us, we may collect your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order specifications and correspondence. We use information needed to process orders, arrange delivery and handle returns to perform our contract with you or take steps you request before entering a contract. We keep records where required by law, including accounting and tax obligations.

[REVIEW: confirm any additional purposes, legitimate interests, technical data and lawful bases.]

Privacy & Safety

WHO RECEIVES INFORMATION

We use Wix for our website, shop, enquiries and order administration; Gmail and our domain mailbox, included with our GoDaddy domain and accessed through Outlook, for business customer email; FreeAgent for invoicing and accounting; Parcel2Go for delivery bookings; and Royal Mail or the carrier selected for your parcel for delivery and tracking. Information shared depends on the task and may include relevant contact, order, invoice and delivery details.

Online payments use Wix Payments or PayPal, according to your checkout choice. Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are enabled through Wix Payments. We also use SumUp for point-of-sale payments and related customer records where details are provided. Payment providers process the payer, transaction and payment information needed for the selected method.

Providers do not receive all your information simply because we use them. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, including to tax authorities.

[REVIEW: verify all active analytics, advertising and third-party apps, including the installed Usercentrics consent service, before publication.]

MARKETING, COOKIES & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We will send marketing only where we have your consent or another lawful permission. You can unsubscribe at any time. Essential order and service messages are separate from marketing.

Our site has Google and Meta advertising integrations and custom Microsoft and OpenAI advertising tracking configured. Advertising tools may use device identifiers, interactions and conversion events to measure campaigns and support advertising, subject to your choices. [REVIEW: confirm actual implementations, data fields, cookie notice and consent behaviour before publication.]

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Wix’s published Data Processing Addendum describes international-transfer arrangements, including UK-specific provisions. [REVIEW: verify the terms and transfer safeguards applicable to free personal Gmail; verify the underlying email service and plan for the mailbox included with our GoDaddy domain and accessed through Outlook; and verify other providers’ processing locations and safeguards.]

RETENTION & YOUR RIGHTS

We retain information only as long as needed for these purposes or to meet legal requirements. Order records: 5 years, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for an ongoing dispute. Accounting and tax records follow the applicable legal period, including at least 5 years after the relevant Self Assessment submission deadline. Enquiries and correspondence: 2 years. Marketing records: 2 years; minimal opt-out records may be kept longer to respect your choice. [REVIEW: confirm retention start points, deletion processes and any longer statutory requirements.]

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, and object to certain uses. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Contact hello@thirtythreeinteriors.co.uk about your information. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/.
